Publications
These publications cover proof-of-concept studies as well as clinical research on FFPE samples from cancer patients. They demonstrate epigenetic studies of chromatin structure and histone modifications in long-term archived FFPE specimens, both at the bulk and single-cell level. Meaningful epigenetic information is extracted from small tissue sections of soft and solid tumors, even after long-term storage. Integration with other OMICS-data provides an even more comprehensive picture.
